What is Incident?
The movie "Kirik" released in 2016 was directed by Rakshit Shetty.
A problem has arisen for Rakshit Shetty, a person in his business circle, Naveen Kumar M @ MRT, has accused Rakshit Shetty of using content without permission for copyright infringement.
Actor and movie maker Rakshit Shetty has been filed a complaint of "breach of copyright" under Section-63 of the Copyright Act by creator Naveen Kumar for using two Kannada songs in a movie titled "Bachelor Party" without the permission of the original creator at the police station in Yeshwantpur.
Rakshit Shetty, the producer of Bachelor Party, has been accused of using copyrighted songs from MRT Music's Nyaya Ellide and Gaalimaathu without permission.
The Bengaluru Police are currently investigating the case. Rakshit and Paramvah Studios, the production house, discussed acquiring the rights to these songs with MRT Music but failed.

It has also been heard that this has happened before. And Kannada film industry's Vijay Kiragandur, who owns Hombale movies, helped broker the settlement.
Bachelor Party stars Diganth Manchale and stars Achyuth Kumar, Siri Ravikumar, Yogesh, and Balaji Manohar. The film was directed by Abhijit Mahesh, with cinematography handled by Aravind Kashyap.
