Difference between rape and marital rape

If a female child under 18 years of age and, force to have sexual intercourse with her or without her consent, ignore her feelings, then such sexual intercourse  called rape.

But, without the consent and will of a wife, she not less than 15 years of age. If after marriage her husband forcibly has sexual intercourse with her, ignores her feelings without her consent and consent, it not considered marital rape under section-375 of the Indian penal code.

• The judge may pass a restraining order on any attempt to contact the victim in any form through any means or any sources.

• A written order to the respondent to return the victim's immovable or movable property and assets
• The victim may be barred from relinquishing  her rights in favor of the defendant without the permission of the court
